Basalt Fibers LLC produces basalt needling mats and basalt pads and tiles for the industrial insulation. Thickness of the insulation material specter varies from 5mm to 80mm, and can be produced with or without foil or metal mesh.

Basalt insulation mats, pads and tiles for the industrial insulation are fire resistant (-260 – +800 degrees Celsius); and are:

-Class A1 according to fire resistance standard EN 13501-1:2007 +A1:2010

-Class A according to fire resistance standard ASTM E84-18
